Description

A set of 6 BMW swirl flap blanking plates for fixing BMW's swirl flap issue and new manifold gaskets for all 6 cylinders and EGR.
Swirl flap blanks are the bigger 33mm size.

These fit:

Some BMW 6 cylinders for year 2004 (330d, 525d, 530d, 730d, X3 3.0d)
All BMW 6 cylinder diesels years 2005 - 2009 (325d, 330d, 525d, 530d, 535d, 635d, 730d, X3 3.0d, X5, X6)
Some BMW 6 cylinders for years 2009-2013 (335d incl. USA, X5 incl. USA, X6)

Blanking plates are made from special plastic (the same as inlet manifold is made from). Plates are strong, light and resistant to high temperature. They come with Viton O-rings as pictured.
Manifold gaskets are OE quality manufactured by Victor Reinz, Germany. Set includes 6 upper round intake runner gaskets, 6 lower square intake runner gaskets and 1 EGR gasket.
One set is needed for one 6 cylinder car.
