Swirl blanks 22mm & manifold gaskets • BMW 330d 525d 530d |1999 - 2004|

A set of 6 BMW swirl flap blanking plates for fixing BMW's swirl flap issue and full set of manifold gaskets including EGR gasket.
Swirl flap blanks are the smaller 22mm size.

These fit:
- All BMW 6 cylinder diesels years 1999 - 2003 (330d, 525d, 530d, 730d)
- Some BMW 6 cylinders for year 2004 - 2005 (330d, 525d, 530d, 730d). These must be EURO 3 emissions and have no Diesel Particle filter fitted.

Blanking plates are made from special plastic (same as intake manifold is made from). Plates are strong, light and resistant to high temperature. They come with Viton O-rings.

Manifold gaskets are made by Victor Reinz, Germany. Set includes 6 upper round intake runner gaskets, 6 lower square intake runner gaskets and 1 EGR gasket.
